Hello Support,

We are very frustrated that the blue people Search icon appears during our video playback. We tried the suggestion in the Help articles and we unchecked the one-click celebrity identification during playback checkbox as well as the continue to index videos when RealPlayer is not running checkbox. In addition, we checked the box Do not index any of my videos. All of these actions had no effect on disabling the blue people search icon in the upper left hand corner of our videos during playback.

If we are unable to find a solution to this problem we will be forced to use one of your competitor's software.
