losing videos

I had a ton of videos and lost all of them

this has happened a couple of times before! I would like to know why and why there isn't a way to get them back and fix it

of course I didn't keep them on my computer. I don't even remember all I had and some were extremely hard to get

  RealPlayer is a media player that adds videos and music to its library from the hard disk unless they are stored in RealCloud which requires a monthly or a yearly subscription. You don't have a cloud subscription, so there are none in the Cloud. We don't have access to any of your locally stored files.

  If you don't have your videos stored in your hard disk, RealPlayer will not be able to add them as there are none in the hard disk. The only way to get them on the computer you are using is to manually transfer those files from your old computer's hard disk.
