I have moved since I purchase Real Player Plus and need to update my email address. It says " If you purchased RealPlayer Plus or subscribed to RealTimes, click the Contact Support link again." I try doing this and I am sent back to the same screen. Changing email address in an account should not be so difficult. If I try to change the email address it sends a verification to my old email address that I don't have any more. I feel like going around in circles. I have tried doing this several times and have wasted several hours trying to do this simple thing. My real player plus does not work any more and it seems like it is functioning as the free version. There is nobody to speak to at customer support. I am being asked to purchase Real Player Premium. I am hesitant to pay again because the customer service for this company so very poor and I it is quite frustrating to get the product to work as purchased.
