To resolve the issue, perform a clean uninstall of RealTimes by following the below article: https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204040813
Then install the previous version of RealPlayer by clicking the link below: http://cache-download.real.com/free/support/win/17/RealPlayerCloud.exe
Once its installed, please sign in to access Plus features.
Note: We are no longer making any updates to RealPlayer Cloud, RealPlayer 16, or prior versions. So some features (such as Download This Video) may not work on these versions.
