Unable to log in
Whenever I select sign in from realplayer on Windows PC, the application hangs and needs to be end tasked using task manager.
Trying to login using realplayer downloader, the empty invisible frame (ONLY FRAME BORDER) appears and I can move the frame around with my mouse but no data or color is visible.
I have an active subscription but unable to utilize it.

It appears that something is conflicting with RealPlayer or some files may have been corrupted. Have you tried reinstalling RealPlayer? If not, this would be the first step to resolve.
Please let us know how it goes.

Tried reinstalling 5 times. 3 times complete uninstall and fresh install. 2 times over-install.

Can you please send a screenshot of your Downloader?

The top realplayer window frame is from the login window (appears when you change the download speed from 10Mbps to Unlimited)

Here are some instructions you can follow.
- Open RealPlayer and click the RealPlayer logo from the top left corner and click Preferences.
- Click Media Types under Content.
- Uncheck "Use the latest browser engine for HTML pages in RealPlayer.
- Click OK and restart your computer.
Please note: You may have to sign into RealPlayer once again.
