    It appears that something is conflicting with RealPlayer or some files may have been corrupted. Have you tried reinstalling RealPlayer? If not, this would be the first step to resolve.

    Tried reinstalling 5 times. 3 times complete uninstall and fresh install. 2 times over-install.

    The top realplayer  window frame is from the login window (appears when you change the download speed from 10Mbps to Unlimited)

    Here are some instructions you can follow.

    • Open RealPlayer and click the RealPlayer logo from the top left corner and click Preferences.
    • Click Media Types under Content.
    • Uncheck "Use the latest browser engine for HTML pages in RealPlayer.
    • Click OK and restart your computer.

    Please note: You may have to sign into RealPlayer once again.

    If the issue persists, please let us know.
