Burning CD

 Almost every time I try to burn a music cd, it starts to burn & then real player closes program, won't respond and my cd is just wasted.  Why does this keep happening?  What can I do to fix this problem?  I tried using real time but couldn't figure out how to work it at all so went back to this old version (I'm not that great at computers, I'm older...haha) Thank you!

  keeps saying cd is dirty

  Lloyd,

  It means that either the lens on your CD burner needs cleaning or your CD disk is corrupted. Please try using a different CD or clean your CD burner. We are not sure how a CD burner can be cleaned. You can contact your CD burner manufacturer to learn more.
