recording problem

Real Player often records a video for 6 min and 35 seconds and then the recording goes blank/black /no sound for the rest of the recording, however long that might be. It has been doing this since I upgraded to “Unlimited” download speed.  Is there a download to fix this?

  This is a very strange issue that we have never heard of. What is the file format of the videos you are burning? In addition, can you please make sure your display drivers are all updated?
