RealPlayer Login Failure “Maximum allowed device count reached for this account”
I can’t log into RealPlayer via iOS App or via the RealPlayer website. I continually get the “Maximum allowed device count reached for this account.” message. How do I access my account, pictures and device counts when I can’t get past this message?

Here are steps to login to your account and remove the additional devices already linked to your RealTimes account.
- Click https://realtimes.real.com/#login
- Sign into your account.
- Click your name on the top right corner and click Account Settings.
- In Account Settings page, click Devices and Deauthorize to unlink the devices you aren't using.
