Just updated to latest version and now unable to play videos i have downloaded
I am running Windows 10, i have been asked by your system to update to your latest Version. Now I can download videos from web sites, when I want to play the videos I have just downloaded or videos that I have downloaded with the previous version (that worked well) they all stick at the start and as I step through the video using the time bar the word paused comes up in front of the video title and what ever I do I cant remove it.
But if I copy the video onto a removable hard drive I can then connect to a machine that does not have your latest version and the videos play well without problem,
I have tried to remove the latest version to go back to previous version but it seems that the error in the new version is still in the machine. I hope you can help.

Installing the K-Lite codec pack often helps to fix issues related to playback. You can install it from the link below:

After installing the codec, restart your computer and try playing the videos again.
