Library folder has disappeared

My Library folder has been disappeared,just one day afterI download Real player automatic updates!

I can download videos and must go to video files in order to find my downloaded videos.

Also the new change is that all my already deleted files appears again in my video storage.

happy to have any tips what is going on,since Real Player CS does not answer since years!!!

  Firstly, RealPlayer will look at your Videos and Music folders for any media files and automatically add them to the library by default. So if these media files are still in these folders, RealPlayer should show them in the library. 

  Regarding your deleted files, if you deleted these videos from just RealPlayer library view they will add back to the library because the files are still available in the hard disk. When you delete files you don't want, you are given the following options.

  • Remove from PC library but keep the original file.
  • Delete file from My PC and from the PC library.
  • Cancel - make no changes.

  If you've been choosing the first option, the file gets removed from RealPlayer library but the file still is in your hard disk.
