Purchased the Plus plan @ $39.99, I log in and my data is gone and it shows I'm on the free plan
I purchased the Plus plan @ $39.99 on 11-20-2020. I had several downloaded items in my account also. This morning, I had a pop-up that an updated version was available for my desktop app. I clicked on it but it did not finish updating for some reason.. Now, when I log into the web based app / account, all my material is gone in addition to it says I am on the "free plan". The desktop app also says I'm on the free plan.
How do I fix this?
