I have been a customer for more than 20 years, topping up 3 three times for premium services, now I do not get full services like before, last time I paid £21.00 twenty-one Pounds for premium services for life as per their Contract terms, but, now I do not get same services. It looks like a scam or deception, if you cannot provide services refund the full amount paid thanks
