Is Real Player still working?
I have a lifetime subscription to Real Player. Downloads used to be fast. However, I am now being asked to upgrade to a premium to increase my download speeds and download resolution. This is not the first time that it's happened, but it usually resolves itself. This time it is not doing so.
I've tried the customer support online, but it is very unhelpful. I've tried calling the Seattle office, but when I hit "zero," the response is that it is an invalid entry. I've even tried signing out of the account and signing back in - as well as rebooting the computer - but nothing works.
I have a Gig internet, but my downloads are capped at 10MBPS.
Does anyone have any advice on this?

I received a response from RealPlayer. I use RealPlayer primarily for downloading and therefore don't need the additional features contain in RealPlayer 24 at this time. I had to uninstall RealPlayer 24, reinstall RealPlayer 22, and sign back in. Everything works fine. Thank you.

I am having the same issue. This seems like a scam that RP needs to fix. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Something stinks
