Lost Paid Features

I paid for Real Player paid version 22. I did a standard update and lost my paid features. Now I see Real Player 24 and LOST MY FEATURES. I want back my paid features. 

This is an unethical business practice

  Real Network. When are you going to respond to the issue with your recent software update? Should I go on to X and social media to make my grievance known regarding your ethical business practice? Being silent is not the way to conduct business. MANY SUBSCRIBERS ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS ISSUE
