the blue icon on youtube keeps spinning till it stops ans says cannot down load videos....any ideas???????......PLEASE???????AS I PAY YOU A SUBSCRIPTION

  We are noticing that this is a new type of error message coming from YouTube only. YouTube seems to have made changes on their end. Our engineers are trying to understand what changes they've made so we can come up with a resolution.
   
  Until such time, request you to download from other websites such as Vimeo, DailyMotion etc.
