Transferring videos to realpayer library

My videos on my pc use to automatically appear in my realplayer library.  Now, they don't.  What changed?  Do I have to drag and drop each video in the library now?

  Did you notice anything change recently? It appears that your library database may have been corrupted. We sent you an email. We'll take it from there.
