Besides Ken Andrews, is anyone else noticing this?

"Download initially starts and completes but then changes to "downloading 0.0MB of 0.0MB" and then says "UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD". "

I do not know what may be wrong in your case, but I can attest the that the 'over-install' with the new v24 worked for me.

The obvious things to try would be restarting your system and repeating the install.

Same issue here. Cannot download from any site. Have tried changing local folder storage also speed of download to no avail. Download initially starts and completes but then changes to "downloading 0.0MB of 0.0MB" and then says "UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD". Any suggestions ?

Over-installing did not work for me either.  It did allow the check for upgrades to prompt to download the latest realplayer downloader v25, but after it "installed" it was still the same old version and there was no change.  I have tried with reboot, without reboot.  The next thing to try will be to uninstall the whole thing and scrub it from the box, then reinstall as if it was never there.

    Any advise would be helpful.

I have tried a complete uninstall and re-install but that hasn't helped, sadly. I have now installed "4K Video downloader +" as an interim measure until Real get it sorted.

I just tried 4K Video downloader +, but it also is failing to download videos from youtube.  Maybe it is an unrelated issue on my computer, not sure.  When the issue 1st started, it would fail to download on Chrome but was working on Firefox.  But maybe a week later, Firefox also had the same issue.

    Hi RN Support.

Just for info, I have also tried changing download speeds and destination file without success. I'm at a loss as to what to try next.
