How do I stop Your Commercial to upgrade to Real Plus?

I already have Real Plus yet I keep receiving an annoying banner asking me to upgrade to RealPlus- How Do I prevent the banner to stop permanently? I tis annoying.

  Please make sure you are signed into RealPlayer with the email you used to purchase Plus. This will unlock your Plus features and you should not see the advertisement.

  this program used to work fine....but since you are now a 100% sales organization and don't really give

  a damn about your product, I am seriously considering cancelling my subscription,

  since my fingers are wearing ou trying to get the program to work...tks for

  a rotten time..jack...
