I have paid for real player for my pc when I upload music videos from my pc to my iPad or iPhone is it possible to watch my videos on my iPad or phone can I watch them when off line. Is the app the same program as on my pc

  You can upload your music videos to the Cloud but you can't view them offline on your iPad or iPhone. There is no way you can them watch them offline without syncing iTunes. Please refer to iTunes on how to sync.
