    Rebecca,

    I see that you have recently purchased RealPlayer Plus but our payment processor has not been able to charge your card. Your previous RealTimes Premium subscription was cancelled due to non-payment of the charges. Our system attempted to charge your card on file but was unable to. We sent you a few emails requesting you to update your credit card. Failing to do so, cancelled your account.
