Turn Off RealDowndloader Preferences Download this video does not disable

I have tried dozens of time to disable un-tick un-check and it always re-enables.  The Drop Down is annoying as it interferes with a tab right click options I wish to change/select

I have followed the instructions on this page to no avail

  Can you please confirm which browser you are using? 

  If you are using Internet Explorer, you can disable to Downloader button by following these steps:

  1. Open Internet Explorer

  2. Go to Tools icon --> Manage Add-ons

  3. Scroll down to RealNetworks Download and Record plugin and disable it.
