I already had R.P.+ but there was confusion

I thought since I'd bought it years ago that it was free. You refunded my money. Last month I paid  $24.99 for the same version I had (18) but I didn't need the cloud. Then I couldn't burn.  I've been getting viruses so my computer guy made himself the administrator I put in the password he gave me and it said to restart to burn but I'm just going around in circles. I still can't burn. Would you please make any corrections to my account to enable the burn feature. In the right corner of a video it says to upgrade to premium. R.P.+ worked for burning last time Get back to me soon, ok Dennis Foley

  I see that you have purchased RealTimes. Please make sure you are signed into RealPlayer to activate your plus features. If you are already signed in and you are still not able to burn DVDs, please let me know what error message you get when burning DVDs.

  Please note: Sometimes you may not be able to burn a DVD if your file format is not compatible with RealPlayer DVD burn. Converting them to MP4 should always help with a successful burn.
