    I see that you have purchased RealTimes. Please make sure you are signed into RealPlayer to activate your plus features. If you are already signed in and you are still not able to burn DVDs, please let me know what error message you get when burning DVDs.

    Please note: Sometimes you may not be able to burn a DVD if your file format is not compatible with RealPlayer DVD burn. Converting them to MP4 should always help with a successful burn.
