real player not playing c.d.

when trying to play a c.d.  I get an error message.  "Real Player cannot play the files on this disk.  the disk driver may be busy or the media may be invalid.  Try again?

This is the second contact with you.  The first time you said it was the dvd drive.  I bought a new one.  .

On February 16th I purchased your player for $49.99.  The player does not work every time.  I need your help.
