    This can happen if your RealDownloader doesn't have a download path.Follow these steps to resolve the issue.

    1. Open RealDownloader.

    2. Click on RealDownloader logo on the top left and click Preferences in the dropdown

    3. Make sure there is a download path in "Save Local Files to:"

    Latest update lost all the music data I spent weeks setting up. I want the old one back! I'm not going back and re-indexing everything!

    Can you please let us know which update you are referring to? Was it a RealPlayer or a Windows update?
