  If already on the latest version, please reinstall RealPlayer.

   I'm going to bed, hope it's back working in the morning. BTW Realplayer,

  my last post just a minute ago did not post the way I wrote it. Better look into that too!   ended at ????  premium comment was in the middle.

  the downloader does not work. From realplayer or youtube.  The down load tab appears at the top of the page, I click the 'DOWNLOAD THIS VIDEO' button,but the downloader does not show on the screen and the video does not download
