converting files and burning cd's

when i try to convert files it says files are on removable or networked drive.

when i try to burn files it says no burner installed

  this is exactly why i will not pay for this service. it is always something screwed up. some glitch or stuff not working

  Can you please let me know actual location of the files you are trying to convert? Also, what is the format of the files you are trying to convert?
