RealMedia HD videos only play audio

Ever since I upgraded to the latest version of Windows 10, RealPlayer cannot play videos in the RealMedia HD format.  It plays the audio from these clips, but the video is blank.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling RealPlayer; same result.  RealPlayer can still play other video formats normally.
