Dear Sir/Madam,

I can not play my saved USB videos they have lines across the screen

and some of them have no sound.

I can play the same videos on other apps with no problem.

I had reported this issue to you earlier nothing has been done about it.

what kind of service is this when I am paying for it?

  This is being fixed in our upcoming release. Until such time, request you to convert these files to .MP4 format.
