why can't we get a human being to answer our questions?
When I try to burn a video, I get, "A General Error has occurred. "End of file" error parsing ac3 audio stream."" I've complained and Real responded they're working on it. But it has been since one of their updates around the first of this year that this problem has persisted. It indicated to me that Real doesn't actually care whether or not their product works. Our engineers are still working on this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience. As a workaround, please convert your files to .MP4 and then burn to a DVD.
When i convert my Videos to real media hd they look worser then the original download
