Same here. Just finished an important Windows 10 update and can no longer view my movie.
Cant see video
I cant see the video nothing works What do I do
I am experiencing the same issue also after the windows update
Can you please let me know what happens when you play a video? Are you seeing any vertical or horizontal lines?
When I put in a DVD before the update it would have white lines across the viewing area. I move the window to my other screen and it plays fine.
After the update, I just goes black, and plays the sound. I have the controls at the bottom (play, ff, fr) but the screen is black.

If you haven't tried it yet, request you to reinstall RealPlayer. Please let us know if that resolved the issue.
Here are the instructions to reinstall.
I went to the Control Panel to uninstall, and it said it was already gone. Went to reinstall RealPlayer and it asked if I wanted to overwrite the current installation. I said yes and it installed it.
When I put in a movie it shows on my main screen with white lines, which it did before the update. Previously I could move it to my second display and enter full screen and it would show the movie.
Now if I put it on my second display at full screen it is just a black screen but I can hear the audio. If I enter the midsize screen and change the screen size it will show the movie.
We've sent you an email. We'll take it from there.
