Only Realmedia HD videos plays only audio

Hi

Everything used to be fine, but then I let realplayer look for an update. Thereafter my RealMedia HD files only plays sound and no Video.

Did a uninstall, re-install and was fine for a few minutes until I adjusted the volume slider in the player. Again only sound and no video.

All other video formats plays 100% correct, only those in RealMedia HD format an issue.

Anyone knows how to fix, aart from removing and re-installing again?

  have the same problem with some .flv files downloaded with previous versions of realplayer.  tried uninstall and reinstall.  did not work.  realplayer has not provided a fix and apparently they dont intend to.
