I cannot downloads videos.
The Download video icon doesn't appear when I want to download a video. It just stopped coming up.

To resolve your issue, please reinstall RealPlayer.

When I click on WEB VIDEO and un box type name od the song or artist the pop up is LOADING but nothing happens. Prior to yesterday it worked perfect. What I need to do to get it back?
