Hi,

Thanks for the most recent 'Important' update. I can now burn MKV and WEBM straight to disc without converting them, which is great.

Unfortunately I still cannot burn anything in MP4 without converting it into another format first, as it still fails at 90% of recoding with the - end of file: error parsing ac3 audio stream - message, which has been happening since around March (2018).

As I said back then, you can still burn DVDs as long as you convert the MP4 to Real Media HD but this takes time and does degrade the picture quality, especially in low light or fast moving scenes which tend to pixel.

  Apologize for the delay in getting this resolved. However, I can confirm that our engineers are working on resolving it. I will email you when it is fixed.
