My Premium Features Stopped Working (2nd time)

PREMIMUM FEATURES disappeared:     This is the 2nd time. A very helpful persom named Shama got them fixed for me last time. I tried following the written instructions but couldn't make it work. This time Real Player sent me a message that I should upgrade, which I did and when the upgrade returned the Premium Features were gone.

Please reinstall them for me.
