I am the one who posted the request for help.
This is ridiculous that I pay for a new version and there is no way to reach support at REAL and I have to sit here wondering what to do. can I just dump the installation or will that mess things up.
So if anyone can reach anyone at real.com, tell REAL to get REAL.
There is a 30 day guarantee on the upgrade, but at this rate who even knows how to reach anyone to ask them for a refund? There ought to be some better solution than waiting for someone to happen to see my post.
I just decided to cancel the install completion, but it won't stop!. Should I bring up task manager and dump it that way? I sure hope this doesn't mess up my previous version!!!!
Can ANYONE help me?
