Mac installation problems

After I download the Mac version and go to install it, the terms and conditions page is in Russian.  If I continue, it will install and ask me to sign in, but once I do, the screen becomes a blank white page.  I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it twice on firefox, once on safari. Any tips? I need this for a class I'm taking or I would have simply given up and found a better app already.

  Unfortunately, we stopped supporting the Mac version of RealPlayer and we are not making development changes to the software.
  
  That being said, you should not see the Terms and Conditions in Russian. Here are the Terms of Services.
