"RealPlayer crashes when I click on 'Library'

I download Real player, all good.  I download Real player premium and all bad. I made update. I did all maters according FAQ, "RealPlayer crashes when I click on 'Library' "  not found solution. What to do in order to solve the problem.

  This happens when your library's database is corrupted. To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.
