Why can't I get a response to reset my email?

I have an account with Real under a different email address. However, I forgot my password and clicked the request a new password process email.  But I never get an email from Real.com that would allow me to reset my password. So, I just gave up and created a throwaway yahoo account so I could get in here, but I would really like to have my actual account back.

I have no idea what to do because they don't have any way that I can find to actually contact them, so I'm out here asking you.  Got any ideas?

REAL:  RESPOND TO MY REQUESTS FOR A NEW PASSWORD PLEEEEASE!!!

  Can you please check your spam/junk folder? Sometimes these password reset emails go directly to the spam/junk folder. 

  Please confirm.
