Cancel Account/subscription
I signed up for the Free RealPlayer service and then was told I had to buy the paid subscription for 39.99 in order to play DVDs on my PC. I want to cancel and have tried following all of your online instructions to no avail I have also tried calling both the Seattle # and the NYC # and got NO WHERE. Please help me to cancel this account/this recurring charge

I purchase Real Player PLUS this morning. After numerous attempts, I keep helping the Erro message: DVD cannot be played. Analog copy protection distribution failed. PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER, AND CREDIT MY CARD FOR $39.99

You were never charged for the purchase and it was promptly cancelled by customer support yesterday and an email was sent to you confirming the same.
