I can't download videos either

I haven't been able to download for a while. I checked for updates which installed the program again and installed updates. Now when I open up Google Chrome and go to a website that has video, the box on the top is there but it just has the Realplayer/RealTime symbol on it but it does not change. If I click on it anyway the downloader says there is no Video to download. And if I copy the url then open Realplayer and paste it in search for videos it still tells me there is no videos. What happen?

  Please install the latest version of RealPlayer from www.real.com.

  The latest version has many bug fixes which includes the Downloader issue as well.

  Please let me know if you have further issues.

  We have a known issue with certain videos where Downloader is not able to detect them to download. This issue started recently and our engineering team is investigating this issue. We will send you an email as soon as we have an update.

  Very unsatisfied with the Real Player program.
