Real Downloader no longer works on any browser

Real downloader no longer functions on Edge - Chrome or Firefox. Trying to download from YouTube. Shows "no video Found".

  Please follow these instructions to resolve the issue. 
  
  

  1. Open RealPlayer.

  2. Click the RealPlayer logo on top left corner, then Check for Update:

  3. Check "Update to RealPlayer with RealTimes" and click Install.

  4. Follow the online instructions and update RealPlayer.

  5. Once completed, please restart RealPlayer.
