  We have a known issue with certain videos where Downloader is not able to detect them to download. This issue started recently and our engineering team is investigating this issue. We will send you an email as soon as we have an update.

  I could download when I had it for free and now that I subscribed for the product I can not get the service. Please let me know when the issue is resolve. Hopefully is soon since my credit card. was
  charged.

  Ben,

  We have noticed that YouTube has made some changes on their end and that is why RealDownloader is unable to download any music videos. We are working on resolving this.

  Rich,

  Can you please do the following and let us know the version of videodl.exe

  1. Open C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer (Folder)

  2. Look for a file named videodl.exe and right click the file

  3. Click the Details tab and let us know the Product version

  Please note: If the version is not 2019.01.17, it means that the previously mentioned instructions were followed correctly or something didn't work right. In any case, can you please confirm?

  Can you also go to C:\ProgramData\Real\RealUpgrade and let us know all the files and folders you see there? If possible, can you attach the file named RealUpgrade_18_1.xml and send it back to us, please?

  We are aware of an issue and our engineering team is looking into it. We will email you as soon as it is resolved. In the meanwhile could you please provide us with the following information:

  1. URL of the video you are unable to download.

  2. Which web browser are you using to download videos?

  We are able to download all videos in our lab so having this information will help us to identify the issue.

  just installed the real player program and can not download the videos from youtube.
