can't download any videos it say no address

yes I need a tech to call me at 901-604-2078 I can't download any videos I have took real times out twice and it still won't download my name is randy timberlake can someone give me a call and fix this

  We have a known issue with certain videos where Downloader is not able to detect them to download. This issue started recently and our engineering team is investigating this issue. We will send you an email as soon as we have an update.
