Videos dont all play after updating Real Player?

I know the files work or were downloaded properly. I'm not sure what happened. The video plays like only couple minutes then the image freezes. .If i try to seek it shows a still image like 5 mins later its messed up smh. Its not all videos but probalby like a fourth of my whole library.
