UNKNOWN ERROR 2131042562

 I do not know what to do about this and I hope you can tell me what is necessary. Have when through the process to burn DVD and just as it is finishing up it stops and tell me"unknown error 21310422562"!  Have ruined eight dvds -  I really need help on this.

  We have seen many of our users receiving this specific error. It turns out to be either bad set of DVD disks or dust in the DVD drive that contains the lens.

  Please try a different set of DVD disks or contact your PC manufacturer on how to clean up the lens of the DVD drive.
