i have tried everything to download a music video on everywhere site and there is no "download" icon ANYWHERE !!! I pay $40 bucks for something I can use and I CAN'T. In the app on my pc it does show but when I try to download a video It says "unable to download". I try to cancel my subscription and I can't even get my money back!!!!!! ooooohh and program wont let me cancel anything.

  Our engineering team released a new version which fixes the download issue.

  To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.
