Can't burn cds

I get error message 1014. I went into setting like it said and checked 2 gaps.

I've followed every step listed on real trouble shoot, changed the burning speed, checked tao file, run as administrator etc.  banksava@scglobal.net

  Which version of Windows is installed on your computer? Can you please let us know the format of the files you are trying to burn?
