realplayer realtimes can not download any videos

when i try to download videos it say no address it does the same way with the cd music songs u can reach me rltlibra41@aol.com

  We have noticed that YouTube has made some changes on their end and that is why RealDownloader is unable to download any music videos. We are working on resolving this.
