Can you please do the following and let us know the version of videodl.exe

    1. Open C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer (Folder)

    2. Look for a file named videodl.exe and right click the file

    3. Click the Details tab and let me know the Product version

Please note: If the version is not 2019.01.17, it means that you didn't follow the previously mentioned instructions or something didn't work right. In any case, can you please confirm?

I have the same problem - "no videos at this address".

I have updated real player and I have checked the videodl.exe file version.  It is 2019.2.18.0

Real player is version 18.1.16.215 and I have Premium.

I have tried the suggestion on the help page to re-load Real Player but it does not solve the problem.

I am using MS edge ver. 42.17134.1.0 but it doesn't work in Google Chrome either.  My windows 10 is up to date.  My last successful video download was on 6th Feb 2019.

    Stephen,

Do you have any firewall program installed in your computer? If so, it is mostly likely that this firewall is blocking RealDownloader from detecting videos.

    Please confirm.

    Hi,

Yes, I have Bullguard internet security installed.  It has a firewall.  It has been installed now for about a year and has never before interfered with RealPlayer video downloads.

    Hi,

I just turned off the Bullguard firewall and was able to download a video.  This poses two problems.

    1. How can I configure the firewall to allow for video downloads - I don't want to have to turn it off every time I want to download.

    2.  Why did it always work until the recent RealPlayer upgrades?

We have not made any changes in RealPlayer. Your firewall program might have made updates to their software. You will have to open your firewall settings to enable/ add exceptions to all RealPlayer/RealDownloader related entries by "allowing" them. You can contact your firewall program support on how to do that.

Thanks very much.  You have certainly found the source of the problem for me and I will now contact Bullguard to see how to fix it.

    Thank you for your help.

You may also want to "allow" videodl.exe if found in the firewall.
