Unable to download videos from YouTube 4-28-19 UPDATE!

I hope everyone who had issues with downloading videos is able to get online help like I did and have one of the RealPlayer techs do for you what they did for me. I made an appointment for an online session, we initiated direct control of my computer for the tech to correct the issue. Inside 30 minutes my downloading issue was fixed, the tech downloaded the latest version of downloader and worked so fast it was hard to follow every step, but I could have never accomplished it on my own. Not only does regular video content download with ease now, but so does music video content, which I was not able to get to work for weeks before the downloading issue hit everyone. KUDOS to the techs at RealPlayer! Just like Geek Squad, you can let them at it and they get the job done. All I had to do was watch it happen in front of me. :) :)

  The appointment for direct control by a RealPlayer tech works out quite well, they always now how to solve the issue.
